NATE BERKUS @ TARGET
I just came home from running errands and stopped in Target to get a few things. I came upon Nate Berkus office supplies and I was blown away. He really gives ordinary office supplies such a feel of luxury. I am obsessed with anything gold these days so seeing his products caught my eye because they are glimmering in gold. Check out some of the items I picked up today....

Tuesday's Tips
Today I featuring some of my favorite things right now both in interior design and in fashion. Sometimes the two collide when offering inspiration of color and patterns.
First off I am crazy for gold. I love decor in gold, jewelry, shoes, you name it. I do love silver as well, but there is something about gold that brings that luxury feel. I have put a collage of items that have that "WOW" factor. Comment below and tell me what you think....

Who's ready for Spring?
Are you at that point now where you just want warm weather? I am definitely getting the itch for fun and colorful clothes. I have been pinning a bunch of shorts and open sandals on Pinterest. It's giving me so much inspiration. I am even starting to slowly transition my home over to Spring. What do I mean by that? Well, in the warmer months, I switch out my faux fur throws and pillows and bring in lighter, brighter fabrics and patterns. I of course bring in fresh flowers which allows for that bright, refreshing feel (you can never have too many flowers). I also change up my candles which I am not sure many people do. I usually have holiday scents during the Fall/Winter months but then change over to more fruity, lighter scents to remind me of the outdoors and the beach.
For decor, I like to display beach-like items such as coral reef, branches, and candles inside glass hurricanes with either sand or pebbles at the base. The bedding gets lighter too. Out with those heavy down comforters and in with the airy duvets or quilts. Here are some tips to get you in the spirit of warmer days......Leave a comment below on how you get inspired?
